How often should I use body butter?

You can use body butter daily, especially after bathing or showering, when your skin is slightly damp. This helps lock in moisture and enhances absorption. However, the frequency of use depends on your skin type and the climate you live in. In colder, drier months, you might find it beneficial to use body butter more frequently to combat dryness.

Can body butter be used on sensitive skin?

Yes, many body butter formulations are suitable for sensitive skin. Look for products labeled as "fragrance-free" or "hypoallergenic," and check the ingredient list for potential allergens. It's always a good idea to do a patch test on a small area of skin before applying body butter all over your body to ensure it doesn't cause any adverse reactions.

Is the body butter only meant for winter use?

While body butter is incredibly effective during colder months when the skin tends to get drier, it can be used year-round. In warmer months, consider using a lighter application or opting for a body butter with a more refreshing scent. Body butter can help maintain your skin's hydration balance regardless of the season.

How do I apply body butter for the best results?

To get the most out of your body butter, follow these steps:

- Start with clean, dry skin.
- Take a small amount of body butter and warm it between your palms.
- Gently massage the butter into your skin using circular motions.
- Focus on areas that tend to be drier, like elbows, knees, and heels.Allow a few minutes for the product to fully absorb before dressing to avoid any transfer onto clothing.

Remember that individual preferences and skin types can vary, so don't hesitate to adjust your routine based on what works best for you. If you have specific concerns about your skin or a particular body butter product, it's a good idea to consult with a dermatologist.

Beyond moisturizing, each body butter aligns with a specific Chakra, elevating your experience to new heights.

Thank You!!

What does soy wax blend mean ?

We use a blend of soy and coconut wax. We like the all natural renewable qualities of the soy and coconut and request you to give the candle a few minutes after lighting it to get the amazing scent as the throw (smell when burning) for soy is a lot longer than for paraffin.  We tried 100% soy but it was just not strong enough.  We also use lead-free cotton wicks.

Do you use essential oils for the fragrances?

Some Essential oils are not designed to be burned and some are actually harmful when ignited. We work with a fragrance house that designs essential oils and fragrances specifically for candles.

Soy Wax is non-toxic, burns clean with almost no soot and allows for maximum fragrance throw. Add very long burn times and a large burn pool and you've got the ideal container wax. Our soy wax candles are a great way to get a lot of non-toxic light for less money.

What causes the white marks on my soy candles?

Occasionally, white marks may appear on soy candles due to the nature of the soy wax. The tiny, white looking crystals on the tops and sides of jars are called frosting and are very similar to the frosted look on chocolate. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and should not be treated as a flaw. It does not affect the quality or burn of the candle.

Why is there is wet oil on top of my soy container candle?

Since soybean wax has a lower melting point than paraffin wax, it can release excess (fragrance) oils which it cannot hold (usually due to extreme temperature changes due to shipping - i.e. going from hot trucks to an air-conditioned environment or going from cold trucks in the winter to heated stores). You can leave it or wipe it out with a tissue or paper towel. Sweat from soy candles does not affect the burn quality and generally the sweat drops will not show up again after your first burn.

For optimum performance of soy candles, please store in a cool area out of in-direct and direct sunlight. Also, it can be caused by the scent sweating or separating out of the soy candles. We have found that 100% soy wax does not mix well with high concentrations of pure essential oil. Therefore, scented soy candle jars are more likely to sweat when warmed during shipping. This is just the fragrance essential oils coming to the surface. Some soy candle manufacturers recommended that you blot the top with a Kleenex or paper towel to prevent spillage.

Why does my soy candle look frosty? Is it drying out?

No, your soy candle does not dry out. Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy. It is not a flaw. It is strictly unique to pure soy candles. Oftentimes it is called the "bloom". Actually, many customers are concerned if there is no frosting on their soy candles. It is a way that a customer can tell if their candle is really made with pure, all-natural soy wax. It's part of the soy experience!

Frosting does not seem to affect the scent throw or the burning properties of the candle. You can safely burn a candle with a bloom without worry. Frosting is a particular crystal growth of vegetable oils. It will cause the candle to look dry, which is simply a characteristic of that crystal structure, but has nothing to do with the candle "drying out". To minimize frosting, try to keep your candle out of direct sunlight and fluorescent lighting. Even changes in the weather can cause additional frosting. It is almost impossible to stop the soy wax from blooming.
